I am so lucky I found Capital City Collision. I’ve read the reviews since and they are all just as I experienced my repair with Matt: honest and fair pricing, great turn around time, timing all happened just as promised, beautiful work, my car was returned to me in immaculate condition. Matt and staff were great to work with, available, knowledgeable, accommodating.

When I first took my car in, I was met by David who is friendly and a good guy. He looked at the damage on my vehicle and told me exactly what they would do, how long it would take and when I would get my car back. David stayed in touch during the repairs to let me know how it was going. The car was finished and I picked it up when promised at exactly the cost estimate he gave me. The repair and the paint look great, plus they warrantied their work. A very nice surprise: when I picked up the car it had been washed and cleaned inside and out. The car looks great. I will definitely use them again if I need body work & painting done.

After a frustrating experience getting an estimate at another auto body shop, I found Capital City Collision on a whim, and I’m so glad I did! I called on a Monday morning, and Matt told me to come right in. He looked at my car immediately and sat down with me on the spot to provide a clear, straightforward estimate. I was on a tight timeline (Monday to Friday), and before I had even finished submitting my insurance claim, he was already on the phone confirming parts availability. From there, the entire process was seamless. Matt kept me updated every step of the way, and the turnaround time was incredibly fast without sacrificing quality. The work itself was excellent. Kind, honest, efficient, and truly professional—plus, there’s a very sweet German Shepherd in the office that makes the experience even better. Highly recommend!

I’m traveling from Florida to see family and had a fender bender. Got online quotes in Florida with repair appointments in July. Matt was helpful, friendly, reasonably price and super helpful with timeline. This shop went above and beyond what I expected and I highly recommend them without hesitation. I’m forever grateful!
